As the first person our guests meet upon arrival, your role goes beyond just offering a welcome – you strive to make them feel at home from the very first second by greeting them with a sincere smile that sets the tone for their entire stay.

Who are you?
For you, checking in isn’t just about handing over a room key. You know how to greet every guest warmly and make them feel like they are the only one you’ve been waiting for today.
Explaining our facilities and breakfast hours is not just a checklist you tick off – you have an intuitive understanding of which information is suitable for each guest, and you effortlessly provide them with the necessary details, even before they realize they need them.

Being ready not only for morning and evening shifts but also for night shifts filled with a variety of tasks, both expected and unexpected, is part of the job! While an ideally quiet night would be perfect for our guests’ rest, you understand that things can quickly get busy with late check-ins, early check-outs, and new reservations coming in all at once.
