We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and energetic high calibre professional for the position as a Training Manager (all gender).

Summary of position

The Training Manager has the primary responsibility to plan, direct, and coordinate the training and development activities of team members in the organization. He/She works in close collaboration with Human Resources Department and with line managers to identify and meet team members’ training needs. The training organization should exhibit a strong desire to meet the training needs of the line organization in both its approach to day-to-day activities and its long-term strategic planning. The training organization should in line with the Human Resources strategy give all the support to line managers, supervisors, and team members to recognize that training strengthens team members and boost up performance.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and implement team member training programme to improve customer service and efficiency.
• Identify industry and regulatory initiatives in training, and recognizing the changing educational and experience background of team members.
• Develop improved methods to meet training and hotel objectives and goals as required.
• Prepare cost benefit analysis for all training.
• Initiate and help prepare long term objectives for the training organization that are consistent with hotel and training policies, and develop a system for verifying implementation of the actions needed to meet the objectives.
• Ensure that team members participate in training as per established training calendar.

• Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent
• Dynamic and outgoing personality
• Good communication skills
• At least 2- 3 years of experience in training facilitation or HR
• Strong presentation skills
• Familiar with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
