Cluster Director of Revenue Management (all gender)
Deine Aufgaben
We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and energetic high calibre professional for the position Cluster Director of Revenue Management for our Maritim Resort & Spa and for Maritim Villas & Residences.
Summary of position
As the Cluster Director of Revenue Management you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic revenue optimisation plans across multiple properties and business sectors of our hospitality group with more than 600 rooms, suite villas and apartments to drive profitability and market share.
In this role, you will oversee the Maritim Resort & Spa, leading 5star beachfront resort with 272 rooms and suites, 10 restaurants and bar venues, 7 conference rooms and extensive event spaces for up to 2.500 persons, and for our projects “Jacaranda Luxury Villas”, “The Welnest – Residential Hideaway”, “La Reserve – beachfront Residences” and the “Jacaranda Beach Club” inclusive 3 community “Country Clubs” with more than 320 villas, residences and penthouses.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide the hotel leadership and sales team with key market intelligence, performance analysis, and pricing recommendations.
- Oversee all aspects of demand forecasting, business mix optimization, channel management, rate parity, and distribution strategies, ensuring alignment with the overall commercial objectives of each property.
- Manage and maintain inventory controls including, but not limited to, room accommodation and rate inventory controls, roll-in controls, cut-off dates, implementation of blackout dates, maintaining demand information and managing sell-out strategies
- Serve as primary liaison with Front Office, Sales and Marketing and Reservation to maximize inventory and profitability
- Develop, monitor and adjust sales and pricing strategies
- Conduct competitive and demand analysis and provide critical analysis of chosen strategies, room statistics and general demand factors to ensure the most effective and efficient balance between demand and availability
Dein Profil
Qualification
- Holder of an acceptable qualification in Hotel Management, Business or related field from a recognised institution.
- 5-8 years of progressive revenue management experience, ideally within hospitality sector.
