Your challenge

  • Gewährleisten eines reibungslosen und effizienten Ablaufes im gesamten Hotel in Abstimmung mit dem General Manager und den Abteilungsleitern
  • Vertretung des General Managers in seiner Abwesenheit
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für unserer Gäste, Betreuung von VIP-Gästen und Pflege eines aktiven Gästekontakts während der Prime-Check in Time
  • Eigenverantwortliches Reklamationshandling
  • Unterstützung der Teams im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Einsatz als STARS Trainer und Motivator

Your skills

  • Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem Hotel mit vergleichbarer Größe
  • Führungserfahrung in leitender Position
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Gast- und Serviceorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
