Your challenge


  • Empfang und Betreuung der Gäste
  • Tätigkeiten am Empfangsbereich während der Schicht
  • Check-In sowie Check-Out, Führen einer Kasse
  • Annahme von Reservierungen und Gästewünschen
  • Debitorenbearbeitung und Kontrolle
  • Proaktive Kommunikation innerhalb des Hauses
  • Zusatzverkauf von Suiten, Upselling
  • Annahme und ggf. Bearbeitung von Reklamationen

Your skills

  • Herzlicher Gastgeber
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie wünschenswert
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Fremdsprache ist von Vorteil 
  • Positive Ausstrahlung 
  • Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein  
  • EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office und Hotelmanagementsoftwares) wünschenswert
  • Teamplayer
