Your challenge

  • Zubereiten und Anrichten von kalten und warmen Speisen für bis zu 1.600 Personen
  • Sicherheit im à la carte Bereich
  • Sicherstellung des benötigten Mise en place
  • Produktüberwachung, Qualität und Quantität der hergestellten Speisen    
  • Beachtung der Hygienevorschriften nach HACCP-Verordnung und dem Infektionsschutzgesetz

Your skills

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch (all gender)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einem Haus vergleichbarer Größe wünschenswert
  • Grundlegende Fachkenntnisse  
  • Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kreativität
  • Teamfähigkeit
