Your challenge

  • Durchlaufe während der 3-jährigen Ausbildung die Bereiche Housekeeping, Service, Empfang, Reservierung und Veranstaltungsbüro im höchsten Hotel, mit dem besten Ausblick auf Ulm & Neu-Ulm, in Ulm
  • Lerne dabei die jeweilige Planung, Organisation und Durchführung der Aufgaben im jeweiligen Bereich
  • Erlerne den Umgang mit Gästen und die Gestaltung des Gasterlebnisses
  • Erhalte erste Einblicke in die Vielfalt, den Aufbau und die Anleitung von Teams
  • Ausbildung auch mit Zusatzqualifikation Bar und Wein möglich

Your skills

  • Du hast Interesse am Erlernen der Hotelabläufe im einem der größten und höchsten Hotels Ulm
  • Du hast die Schule mindestens mit einem guten Realschulabschluss abgeschlossen
  • Du bist ein Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Verkaufstalent
  • Du hast Spaß im Umgang mit Zahlen
  • Du hast bereits erste Englischkenntnisse und hast Freude an der Anwendung von Fremdsprachen
  • Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Lernbereitschaft und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
