Your challenge

  • Starte deine Ausbildung im höchsten Hotel, mit dem besten Ausblick auf Ulm & Neu-Ulm, in Ulm
  • Erlebe eine umfangreiche Ausbildung in allen Bereichen der Küche
  • Lerne das Vorbereiten, Zubereiten, Anrichten und Ausgeben von Speisen
  • Erlerne das Bestellen, Annehmen und Einlagern von Waren
  • Erstelle Speisekarten und Menüvorschläge
  • Lerne das nachhaltige Einsetzen von Lebensmitteln und Ressourcen
  • Ausbildung auch mit Zusatzqualifikation Küchen- und Servicemanagement möglich (Voraussetzung Abitur!)
