Your challenge

  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von schriftlichen und telefonischen Reservierungsanfragen
  • Beratung und Verkauf von Individualreservierungen
  • Bearbeitung der eingehenden Systembuchungen
  • Erstellen und versenden Reservierungsangebote sowie deren Bestätigung.
  • Rechnungserstellung und –kontrolle

Your skills

  • Arbeitszeiten 10:00 bis 18:30
  • Berufserfahrung am Empfang  oder in der Reservierung
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Fremdsprache ist von Vorteil 
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Teamplayer und Gastgeber mit Herz runden dein Profil ab
