Your challenge
- Du unterstützt unseren Group & Convention Manager beim Erzielen einer optimalen Auslastung der Banketträumlichkeiten und Hotelzimmer
- Du planst und organisierst Veranstaltungen von der Anfrage bis zum Vertragsabschluss
- Du unterstützt unser Veranstaltungsteam bei der Terminplanung und Korrespondenz
- Du unterstützt bei der Einarbeitung und Führung der Auszubildenden und Praktikanten
Your skills
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Veranstaltungsbereich oder ähnlichen Bereichen
- Du hast erste Berufserfahrung im Veranstaltungsbereich gesammelt
- Dir macht das Planen von Veranstaltungen mit bis zu 2000 Personen Spaß
- Du verfügst über sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Dich zeichnet eine organisierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus
