Your challenge
- Organisation und Koordination der Arbeitsabläufe im Bereich Stewarding in beiden Betriebsstätten, sowie Mitarbeit in den Schichten
- Dienst- und Urlaubsplanerstellung für 8 Mitarbeitende und geringfügig Beschäftigte
- Sicherstellung und Kontrolle der Einhaltung der Reinigungs- und Hygienerichtlinien (HACCP)
- Durchführung von Jahresinventuren (Glas, Besteck und Porzellan) und Ermittlung Bedarf Neubeschaffung
- Verwaltung und Bestellung von Verbrauchsmaterialien und Reinigungsmitteln
Your skills
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Reinigen von Glas-, Besteck und Porzellan und im Bereich Küchenhygiene
- Erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
- Gute PC Kenntnisse
- Deutschkenntnisse mindestens B 2 / Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
