Your challenge

  • Zubereitung und Anrichten von Speisen im Frühstücksbereich
  • Verarbeitung und Verwertung der anvertrauten Waren
  • Mitverantwortung für alle ausgegebenen Lebensmittel und Speisen
  • Kontrolle der Speisen vor dem Servieren auf Richtigkeit, Präsentation und Vollständigkeit
  • Einhalten von Vorgaben und Richtlinien nach HACCP
  • Anleitung und Kontrolle der Tätigkeiten von zugeteilten Auszubildenden 

Your skills
