  • Zubereiten und Anrichten von Speisen für das à la carte Geschäft
    oder für Bankett-, Büffet- und Menüveranstaltungen
  • Kontrolle der Speisen auf Richtigkeit, Präsentation und Vollständigkeit
  • Verantwortung für alle ausgegebenen Lebensmittel und Speisen
  • Einhalten von Vorgaben und Richtlinien nach HACCP
  • Mithilfe bei der Ausbildung unserer neuen Talente
