The Finanzbau-Maritim Group and its subsidiary REINHARDT und SANDER Gesellschaft mbH Planung und Baubetreuung are based in Bad Salzuflen. The Maritim Hotel Company operates high-quality hotels and congress centers in Germany and abroad. REINHARDT und SANDER Gesellschaft mbH is the planning and construction management office of the Maritim Group and is responsible for all new construction and maintenance measures of the hotel group as well as for facility and energy management for all existing buildings of the Maritim Hotelgesellschaft mbH.
The Maritim head office also houses, among others, the management of Maritim Hotelgesellschaft mbH, the legal department, the tax department, accounting, controlling, IT and advertising.

Your challenge

- Entwurfs- und Ausführungsplanung von Neubau- und Umbauprojekten
- Ausschreibung und Kostenermittlung
- Projektleitung vom Entwurf bis zur Realisierung
Your skills
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/TU) der Fachrichtung Innenarchitektur bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich Hotelbau
- Fachrichtungsübergreifendes Verständnis, Interesse an der Arbeit in interdisziplinären Projektteams
- Branchenübliche Softwarekenntnisse in CAD-, Ausschreibungs- sowie MS Office-Programmen
- Kreativität, Lösungsorientierung und Kostenbewusstsein
- Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert aber nicht Voraussetzung
