Your challenge

  • Gesamtverantwortung für unsere Morley´s Bar
  • Verantwortlich für den reibungslosen Ablauf unter Einhaltung aller Standards
  • Führung & Motivation von Mitarbeitern und Auszubildenden
  • Erstellung von Dienst- und Urlaubsplänen
  • Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des Barangebotes durch Entwicklung kreativer Cocktail-Konzepte
  • Individuelle Gästebetreuung und –beratung
  • Verantwortung für die Warenbestellungen, -kontrolle und -präsentation
  • Durchführung der Abrechnungen und ordnungsgemäße Kassenführung
  • Effizienter und kostenbewusster Einsatz von Arbeitsmitteln und Personal

Your skills

  • Erfahrung in der Bar sowie Erfahrung mit der Führung eines Teams
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse 
  • Organisation- und Verkaufstalent
  • Gast- und teamorientiertes Auftreten
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
