Your challenge

  • Vertretung des Küchendirektors bei Abwesenheit
  • Verantwortung für alle ausgegebenen Speisen und Lebensmittel sowie Kontrolle 
  • Verantwortung für den ordnungsgemäßen Zustand der Küche insbesondere im Hinblick auf die HACCP-Verordnung
  • Überwachung der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe
  • Ausarbeitung von Menüs, Buffets & Foodkonzepten
  • Anleiten und Kontrolle der zum Zuständigkeitsbereich gehörenden Mitarbeitenden und Azubis
  • Anforderung von Verbrauchsmaterialien für den Küchenbereich

Your skills

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Küchenbereich in Häusern mit vergleichbaren Standards
  • Erfahrung in leitender Position 
  • betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Kreativität & Verantwortungsbewusstsein
