Your challenge

  • Vertretung und Unterstützung der Empfangsleitung
  • Operative Unterstützung des Empfangsteams in allen Aufgaben
  • Mitverantwortung für optimale Gästebetreuung und einen reibungslosen Ablauf am Empfang
  • Sicherstellung der Umsetzung und Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts- und Servicestandards
  • Bearbeitung und Weitergabe von Reklamationen
  • Ausbilden und Coachen unserer neuen Talente

Your skills

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Hotelfach
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in Führung von Teams
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicheres und gewandtes Auftreten
  • Positive und herzliche Persönlichkeit runden dein Profil ab
