Your challenge

Als Veranstaltungsverkaufsassistent (all gender) bist du einer der "Macher" hinter unseren Veranstaltungen. Du sorgst dafür, dass wir unseren Kunden die optimale Veranstaltung anbieten und alles reibungslos läuft.

Deine Aufgaben sind vielfältig und spannend:

  • Du berätst die Kunden und erstellst Angebote und Verträge
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Follow Up Gespräche
  • Du überwachst und klärst Optionen
  • Du überprüfst regelmäßig den Buchungsstatus
  • Du sprichst alle Details ab und verhandelst die Preise
  • Du zeigst unseren Kunden unsere Veranstaltungsräume
  • Vergütung nach Tarifvertrag (TG5 2911,00€ - TG6 3058,00€)

 

Your skills

  • Du hast das gewisse ‚Lächeln‘ am Telefon
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Du bist kreativ, gastorientiert, organisiert, verantwortungsbewusst und kommunikativ
  • Du hast gutes Verhandlungsgeschick, serviceorientiertes und selbstständiges Denken und Handeln
  • Du hast gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
  • Du hast Berufserfahrung in der Eventplanung
