Your challenge

  • Die Zubereitung von traditionellem Sushi, Sashimi und anderen japanischen Spezialitäten 
  • Vorbereitung und Verarbeitung frischer Zutaten, insbesondere roher Fisch- und Meeresfrüchte
  • Die kreative Entwicklung neuer Sushi-Kreationen und die Anpassung von Menüs
  • Die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Lebensmittelsicherheitsrichtlinien
  • Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Service-Team

Your skills

  • fundierte Kenntnisse der japanischen Küche
  • Eigenständiges und zuverlässiges Arbeiten
  • sehr gute Produktkenntnisse bei der Verwendung von Fisch und Meeresfrüchten
  • Kreativität und Leidenschaft 
  • gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und einen ausgeprägten Teamgeist
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse
