Your challenge

  • Check In und Check Out der Hotelgäste   
  • Empfang und Betreuung der Gäste
  • Annahme und ggf. Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Unterstützung der Telefonzentrale

Your skills

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Hotelfach von Vorteil
  • gerne auch für Quereinsteiger 
  • Gast- und dienstleistungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln 
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Hotelsoftware Suite 8 wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Fremdsprachenkenntnisse
  • Positives Äußeres, perfekte Umgangsformen
