Your challenge
- Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Serviceteams
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen, serviceorientierten Ablaufs und aktives Vorleben der Gastgeberkultur
- Verantwortung für Qualitäts-, Service- und Hygienestandards im Tagesgeschäft
- Steuerung der operativen Abläufe inkl. Dienst- und Urlaubsplanung
- Kassenverantwortung, Tagesabschlüsse und Einhaltung interner Prozesse
- Warenwirtschaft: Bestellungen, Wareneinsatzkontrolle und wirtschaftlicher Ressourceneinsatz
Your skills
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotel- oder Restaurantfach
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie
- Erfahrung in Teamführung und Organisation eines professionellen Servicebetriebs
- Hoher Qualitäts- und Serviceanspruch sowie wirtschaftliches Denken
- Souveränes Auftreten und ausgeprägte Gastgeberpersönlichkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Organisationstark, belastbar und entscheidungsfähig im Tagesgeschäft
- Gute EDV Kenntnisse
