Your challenge
- Operative Gesamtverantwortung für unsere Outlets (Restaurant, Bar, Cafe und Tagungs- und Eventbereich)
- Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Serviceteams
- Einhaltung und Überwachung der Qualität-, Service- und Hygienestandards
- Steuerung der operativen Abläufe inkl. Dienst- und Urlaubsplanung
- Überwachung und Kontrolle der Kassensysteme inkl. Tagesabschlüssen sowie allgemeinen Arbeitsprozesse
Your skills
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotel- oder Restaurantbereich
- Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Gepflegte Umgangsformen, kompetentes Auftreten sowie eine positive Ausstrahlung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Teamplayer
