Your challenge

  • Kochen mit Leidenschaft für unseren Veranstaltungs- und à la carte Bereich 
  • Kreiere neue Geschmacksexplosionen für unsere Gäste
  • Unterweisung und Anleiten unserer Auszubildenden 
  • Führe deinen Posten zusammen mit einen Chef de partie eigenständig und verantwortlich 
  • Einhaltung und Pflege der HACCP-Richtlinien 
  • Warenannahme und -kontrolle sowie fachgerechte Lagerung der Produkte
  • Reinigung und Pflege der Arbeitsmittel und Maschinen

Your skills

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Koch
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein und Kreativität
