Your challenge

  • Tätigkeiten am Empfangsbereich während der Schicht
  • Check In und Check Out der Hotelgäste
  • Reservierungsannahme Empfang und Betreuung der Gäste
  • Annahme und ggf. Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Unterstützung der Telefonzentrale
  • Kassenführung
  • Zusatzverkauf

Your skills

  • Erfahrungen am Empfang notwendig
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Programmen sowie die Fähigkeit zur schnellen Einarbeitung in neue Systeme
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • flexibel einsetzbar für Früh-, Tag-, und Abendschichten
  • Du hast Spaß und Freude im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Und bist Teamplayer und Gastgeber mit Herz
