Your challenge

  • Einsatz in der Gruppenreservierung
  • Bearbeiten aller Anfragen und Unterbreiten eines Angebots
  • Verantwortlich für den reibungslosen Ablauf im eigenen Arbeitsbereich 
  • Eingabe von Namenslisten, Buchungsständen, Pflege der Kontingente sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Auslastung 
  • Einhalten und Kontrollieren der Stornierungsfristen
  • Führen von Follow Up Gesprächen 
  • Überwachen und Klären von Optionen
  • Durchführen von Hausführungen 

Your skills

  • Herzlicher Gastgeber
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie 
  • Berufserfahrung im Group & Convention Management wünschenswert 
  • Gute Umgangsformen und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Vergütung nach Tarifvertrag TG 5 - 6 (3.027,00€ - 3.180,00€ brutto)
  • Teamplayer
