Your challenge
- Selbstständiges Führen einer Schicht
- Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Arbeitsablauf
- Check In und Check Out der Hotelgäste
- Empfang und Betreuung der Gäste
- Behandlung von Gästereklamationen
- Ausbilden und Einarbeitung von Auszubildenden und Praktikanten
Your skills
- Berufsausbildung im Hotelbereich und mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung am Empfang
- Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise auch mit Suite 8
- Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse
- Teamplayer runden dein Profil ab
