Your challenge

  • Du bereitest alle Speisen zu und richtest diese an
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Verarbeitung und Verwertung unserer Waren
  • Vor dem Servieren kontrollierst du alle Speisen auf Richtigkeit, Präsentation und Vollständigkeit
  • Du stehst in regelmäßiger Kommunikation mit unserem Servicepersonal
  • Waren werden von dir mit kontrolliert und überwacht, auch um die Warenannahme und fachgerechte Lagerung kümmerst du dich
  • Vorgaben und Richtlinien nach HACCP werden von dir eingehalten

Your skills

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Koch oder bist Quereinsteiger mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Deine Organisations- und Planungsfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität sind für dich selbstverständlich
