Your challenge
- Du koordinierst alle Arbeitsabläufe im á la carte Bereich

- Du bringst deine Ideen bei neuen Karten, Menüs & Buffets ein
- Du bist verantwortlich für fachliche Unterweisung und aktive Förderung von Mitarbeitern und Auszubildenden
- Du trägst die Mitverantwortung für die Wareneinsätze und Einhaltung der budgetierten Kosten
Your skills
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch
- Du hast Erfahrungen im a la carté Bereich und in der Führung von Mitarbeitern und Auszubildenden
- Du bist mit Leidenschaft und Begeisterung Koch
