Your challenge

 

  • Du wirst in der Nachtschicht am Empfang eingesetzt und empfängst und betreust unsere Gäste in der Nacht
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Sicherheitsrundgänge und behältst nachts den Überblick im Hotel
  • Reservierungen und Gästewünsche nimmst du an
  • Reklamationen behandelst du professionell

 

Your skills

  • Berufserfahrungen am Front Office oder in einer vergleichbaren Position sind wünschenswert
  • Für dich ist es kein Problem zu arbeiten, wenn andere schlafen
  • Du bist eigenmotiviert und zuverlässig
  • Gute Deutsch- und auch Englischkenntnisse bringst du mit
  • Auch mit den gängigen Computerprogrammen kannst du gut umgehen
