Your challenge

  • Empfang und Betreuung der Gäste
  • Bearbeitung von Fragen & Wünsche unserer Hotelgäste
  • Check-In sowie Check-Out sowie eigenständiges Führen einer Kasse
  • Annahme von Zimmerreservierungen
  • Zusatzverkauf / Upselling von höheren Zimmerkategorien
  • Annahme sowie Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Arbeiten mit dem Hotelprogramm MEWS

Your skills

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Praktische Erfahrung am Front Office wünschenswert
  • Gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicheres und souveränes Auftreten
  • Kommunikativ und teamfähig
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
  • Planungs- und Improvisationstalent
