Your challenge

  • Ganzheitliche Personalarbeit, vom On- bis zum Offboarding des Mitarbeitenden
  • Administrative Verwaltungsaufgaben und personenbezogene Dokumentenerstellung im HR-Bereich
  • Zuarbeit bei der monatlichen Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an diversen HR-Projekten, gerne auch eigene Projekte
  • Ansprechpartner für unsere Auszubildenden

Your skills

  • mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Personalwesen oder Hotellerie wünschenswert
  • Leidenschaft für die Weiterentwicklung unser Mitarbeitenden und Auszubildenden
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Strukturierte, kreative und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Bezahlung nach NRW Gaststätten- und Hotelgewerbe-Tarif
