Your challenge

  • Verantwortung und Führung: Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des gesamten Bankettservice-Teams.

  • Organisation: Planung, Koordination und Durchführung aller Veranstaltungen (von Konferenzen bis Hochzeiten).

  • Qualitätsmanagement: Sicherstellung höchster Service- und Qualitätsstandards gemäß Maritim-Standards.

  • Betriebswirtschaft: Erstellung der Personaleinsatzpläne und Kostenkontrolle.

  • Gästezufriedenheit: Hauptansprechpartner für Kunden und Veranstalter vor Ort.

Your skills

  • Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Funktion im Bankett oder Veranstaltungsservice.

  • Ausgeprägtes Führungs- und Organisationstalent.

  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität.

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
