  • Behandlung von Gästereklamationen
  • Ausbilden und Coachen unserer Auszubildenden

Your skills

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie
  • Erste Berufserfahrung am Empfang
  • Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen und eine positive Ausstrahlung
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse wünschenswert, Kenntnisse in MEWS von Vorteil
  • Teamplayer und Gastgeber mit Herz runden Dein Profil ab
