Your challenge
- Leitung und Organisation des gesamten Küchenbetriebs
- Verantwortung für Speisenqualität, Warenwirtschaft und Hygienestandards (HACCP)
- Kalkulation, Bestellungen und Budgetverantwortung
- Führung, Motivation und Schulung unseres Küchenteams und unserer Auszubildenden
- Erstellen der Dienst- und Urlaubspläne unter Berücksichtigung der bestehenden Vorschriften
- Profunde Kenntnis sämtlicher Speisenangebote im Zuständigkeitsbereich sowie der Hotelleistungen
Your skills
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch/Köchin (all gender)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in leitender Position im Küchenbereich von Häusern vergleichbaren Größe
- Kreativität, Leidenschaft und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Teamgeist, Organisationstalent und Führungsstärke
- Gute Kenntnisse in Warenwirtschaft und Kalkulation
- Belastbarkeit und Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten
