- Du gibst örtliche Tipps, Empfehlungen und andere wichtige Informationen an unsere Gäste weiter
- Auch wenn einmal etwas nicht nach Plan läuft, bist du für unsere Gäste da
- Du coacht deine Kollegen und unsere Auszubildenden
Your skills
- Idealerweise bringst du eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Hotelfach mit
- Du liebst, was du tust, und das spüren auch unsere Gäste
- Mit Humor und einem Gespür für Menschen und Situationen begleitest du unsere Gäste durch ihren Aufenthalt
- Auch wenn es einmal stressig wird, behälst du den Überblick
- Du bringst fließende Englischkenntnisse und auch Deutschkenntnisse mit
- ... jede weitere Fremdsprache ist natürlich auch von Vorteil
