Your challenge
- Verantwortung für die reibungslosen Abläufe im Personalbereich
- Betreuung aller Mitarbeiter, Auszubildenden und Praktikanten vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
- Unterstützung und Beratung der Abteilungsleiter
- Erstellung und Überwachung des Personalkostenbudgets inklusive Forecast
- Vorbereitende Lohnbuchhaltung
- Überwachung, Beratung und Kontrolle der Einhaltung des Arbeitsrechts und des Manteltarifvertrages
- Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
- Austausch und Zusammenarbeit mit der Regionalpersonalleitung
- Betreuung des Bewerbermanagements
Your skills
- Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder im kaufmännischen Bereich
- Erfahrung in der Hotellerie wünschenswert
- Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen von Vorteil
- Erweiterte EDV-Kenntnisse
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion
- Du bist Teamplayer und hast "das Herz am rechten Fleck"
