Your challenge

  • Tätigkeiten am Empfangsbereich während der Schicht
  • Check In und Check Out der Hotelgäste
  • Reservierungsannahme Empfang und Betreuung der Gäste
  • Annahme und ggf. Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Unterstützung der Telefonzentrale
  • Kassenführung
  • Zusatzverkauf

Your skills

  • Erfahrungen am Empfang wünschenswert
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Einsetzbar überwiegend für Nachtdienste (22:00 - 07:00 Uhr) 
  • Du hast Spaß und Freude im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Und bist Teamplayer und Gastgeber mit Herz
