We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and energetic high calibre professional for the position Cluster Director of Marketing/Public Relations for our Maritim Resort & Spa and  Maritim Villas & Residences.

Summary of position 

The Cluster Director of Marketing creates and executes property-level communications to our customers. This role promotes on-brand messaging to customers through traditional, digital, and social media channels all with the goal of enhancing the positioning and image of the hotels and our other hospitality sectors and plans across multiple properties and business sectors of our hospitality group with more than 600 rooms, suite villas and apartments to drive profitability and market share.

 In this role you will oversee the Maritim Resort & Spa, leading 5star beachfront resort with 272 rooms and suites, 10 restaurants and bar venues, 7 conference rooms and extensive event spaces for up to 2.500 persons, and for our projects “Jacaranda Luxury Villas”, “The Wellnest – Residential Hideaway”, “La Reserve – Beachfront Residences” and the “Jacaranda Beach Club” inclusive 3 community “Country Clubs” with more than 320 villas, residences and penthouses.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing activities targeting building database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns for Maritim Resort & Spa and for Maritim Villas & Residences
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Manage and improve online content and campaigns
• Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment

Qualification

• Holder of an acceptable qualification in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field from a recognised institution.
• 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally within hospitality sector.
